Duties and Responsibilities : Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software, emails or hardware problems. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, networking, Operating systems, or appropriate software application as per the user request. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Walk customer through problem-solving process. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Clean up computers. Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Install computer peripherals for users. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved. Qualifications and competency skills : Excellent communication skills, with good command of English. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling IT Help desk requests. Good knowledge in LAN , WAN . Graduate in Computer Science.
